I work with clients in a collaborative partnership to maximize professional and personal potential. The agenda is yours. The goals are yours. The success is yours.
I am a facilitator of productive thinking. I help individuals and teams develop the mindset they need to recognize opportunities, generate possibilities, develop solutions, and implement them. Creative thinking is what drives innovative approaches, and innovative approaches create value.
Coaching is a highly personalized process that supports and advances the individual or team’s capacity to achieve short and long-term goals. It is guided by mutual trust and respect. It is driven by the coach’s ability to create a process and an environment where clients can and will examine issues more deeply, think differently, and then define their own solutions to complicated challenges. I am a certified professional coach and facilitator with training in Creative Problem Solving. I help people to cultivate skills in creative thinking, problem solving techniques, and innovative leadership practices. I also work with teams to develop creative thinking and problem solving skills to maximize their effectiveness and sustain innovation.
